Imagination LibraryHelping Hands provides applications to interested clients in order to enroll their children (ages 0-4) in Imagination Library.  Through this excellent program, children receive a free book monthly to enjoy at home.

Nutrition InformationHelping Hands includes a nutrition sheet, that outlines dietary information for good health, in each of its distributed food boxes.

According to information provided by Second Harvest Food Bank (2004), undernourished individuals are at greater risk of developing health problems and of aggravating pre-existing health conditions.
